A Cessna light plane, with two pilots onboard, crash-landed near Manila Bay on Friday afternoon, an official from the Manila airport control tower said.
A duty official with the Manila airport control tower told Xinhua that the plane went down at 3:58 p.m. near the Manila Bay, where a major downtown shopping mall is also located.
There is no official report of the casualties while an earlier radio report said the pilots were unhurt.
The airport control tower said the twin-seat plane was on a training flight.
